How many images do we take?

Photography – about 50 -60    Aerial –about 15-20

​

Do we do video and virtual tours?  Yes                  Do we do 360?   Not at this time

How long does it take to get your images?   We have a 2 day turnaround. You can pay for rush.

What is the delivery method? Dropbox.  If you want your images on a flashdrive, you must provide it.

​

Do we upload to MLS?   By  request.

Do we retouch images? Yes       Can we leave them untouched? Yes.

​

Our fees start at  $ 100 depending on your property size.  With aerial $175 and up.

Do we charge travel? Yes, 20 miles from our studio.  Travel fees $25 and up.

• When you book us, you prepay with Paypal at our site. Then, we book your date.
