When you contract us and pay for a shoot, you agree to the no refund policy and adhere to the following policies:

Scheduling

To schedule us for a photography session, you must pre-pay on our site to book and reserve your time and date with us. You can pre-pay with your credit card or Paypal right on our site. Once you schedule us, there are no-refunds, but you can reschedule. No refunds.

No refunds/ Re-Scheduling

Once you book with us and pay, there are no refunds. We do allow reschedule. You will have a credit for a future shoot.

Day of Shoot- / Late

​

If we schedule a time to meet, and the representative who is suppose to meet us to open property and they are more than 15 minutes late, there is a late fee of $20 or you may have to reschedule if we have to get to another property.  We have a booked schedule and starting late may make us miss our next assignment.  It takes us about 1 hour to shoot a property.

Delivery of Images

If we shoot your property ( Tuesday-Friday), there is a 48 hour turnaround time for delivery. We are closed on Mondays. If we shoot your home on a Saturday, the delivery will be that following Monday.

We deliver between 42- 50 images. We do not charge for extra images.

As for aerial, you get around 10-12 digital images.

We deliver your images via Dropbox or Google Drive.

Rush Fee

If we shoot your property, and you need them within 24 hours, there is a $20 rush fee.

Travel Fees

If your property is 20 miles outside of our office range, travel fees will apply. Travel fees are between $20-50.  Our office address is 888 West Sam Houston Pkwy South. Travel to  The Woodlands and Conroe-estimated $25-35 travel fee.

Shooting Times

We shoot properties from early morning ( 8a.m.) to 5p.m.

We have twilight shooting times. Call for quotes on twilight shooting.

* We shoot Tuesday - Friday. Saturday mornings. One Sunday out of the month. We are closed on Mondays, but can take requests for Monday. Call Marsha at 832.860.3080 to ask about our schedule.

Twilight hours- for exterior are between 6:30- 7:30p.m.

Our Fees:

Our fees for real estate photography range between $100 -$350. Most packages include interior, exterior , aerial and a video tour. These packages start at $ 150.

Video Tours

The video tour has an introduction clip with the address, video footage of exterior and interior. There is a final clip with your information. Any added effects to video will have an additional cost.
